Embrace Holidays: Your Guilt-Free Eating Strategy
The Holiday Season (Halloween to New Year's Day) is one of the most challenging seasons for anyone on a weight and wellness journey. During this time period, you can gain one to five pounds that will stick around in the new year if you don't have a plan to prevent weight gain.
The strategy you learn in this course was developed eight years ago by Dr. Sylvia Gonsahn-Bollie and helped her maintain or even lose weight following the plan during the Holiday Season. Use this course to help you create a custom plan to help you with your biggest challenges for the holiday season using a quiz to determine your unique challenges, videos to support and provide insight and ideas, and a workbook to help you track your plan.
This course is structured in three essential steps:

Access the resources and support you need: With a wealth of resources and expert guidance at your disposal, you won't have to face the holiday season alone. We're here to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement necessary to stay on track.
Create a custom strategy: Armed with the insights gained from identifying your challenges and the support you require, we'll help you design a personalized strategy. This strategy will empower you to make conscious choices, indulge in your favorite holiday delights without guilt, and stay in control of your wellness journey.
